Screening Officer (Arabic OR French)

We are looking for a Screening Officer to conduct background checks and verify candidate information with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct employment, education, and CV verifications
• Perform reference checks and identify inconsistencies
• Manage multiple screening cases and meet deadlines
• Prepare clear, factual reports based on findings
• Ensure compliance with data protection and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up with candidates

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in background screening, HR, or compliance roles
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication (clear and objective)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Comfortable handling sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English + One additional language required (French, German, Arabic, or Russian)
