Senior Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales professional to lead sales activities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves managing key accounts, mentoring junior sales staff, and contributing to sales strategy and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Lead sales negotiations and close high-value deals
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Mentor and support junior sales team members

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
