Senior Technician Service Specialist

Job Description · Follow up and monitor the performance of authorized service centers. · Review and approve product replacement requests based on technical assessment and company policies. · Monitor service quality and compliance with company standards and policies. · Support service centers in resolving complex technical issues. · Prepare technical reports and monitor service KPIs. · Ensure compliance with company safety standards and after-sales service procedures. · Conduct technical visits and audits when required. · Provide technical support to service center technicians. · Deliver technical training programs for service center technicians. Job Requirements · Minimum 10 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting gas water heaters, electric water heaters, and boilers. · Strong knowledge of heating systems, diagnostics, product replacement criteria, and technical quality standards. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and leadership abilities. · Willingness to travel to service centers when required.
