About The Role We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a high-impact, interdisciplinary digital project for a major Arabic-market client. This is an onsite role based at the client’s office in Riyadh, and you will be working on a single project as a fully embedded member of the team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX Researchers, Developers, Product teams, and Arabic client stakeholders. As the key design representative embedded within the client's environment, you will be responsible for delivering intuitive and visually compelling designs that align with both user needs and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applicationsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsConduct user research and usability testing to improve product experienceCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholdersMaintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelinesAnalyze user feedback and data to continuously improve designs Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related roleStrong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design skillsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practicesBasic knowledge of responsive design and web/mobile standardsEnglish proficiency at C1 level or higher (C1+)Arabic proficiency at C1 level or higher (C1+)Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Nice to Have Experience with design systemsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSSExperience working in Agile teamsFamiliarity with usability testing tools
