About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Job Summary Lead and supervise a team of station drivers, ensuring efficient and safe package delivery operations at a specific station for JD.com. Job Responsibilities Supervise, train, and motivate a team of station drivers to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards. Oversee daily dispatching, routing, and delivery activities, optimizing driver schedules and routes for efficiency. Monitor driver performance, including delivery speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed. Address and resolve driver and customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws. Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, customer service) to ensure seamless operations. Assist with package loading and unloading, and perform driver duties when necessary. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using GPS, routing software, and other relevant technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of local traffic laws and delivery area geography. Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
