Store Keeper

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage daily store operations, including linen, amenities, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and vehicle readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collection, segregation, counting, and handover of dirty linens to laundry teams.
• Prepare and organize clean linen bags according to the next day’s cleaning schedule.
• Prepare toiletries, amenities, and cleaning supplies for each assigned unit.
• Refill and prepare cleaning chemicals for daily cleaning teams.
• Clean, check, and maintain vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean and ready for the next day.
• Maintain proper stock levels and report shortages, damages, or missing items immediately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and properly arranged at all times.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team regarding the next day’s schedule and requirements.
• Complete daily task updates and report any issues to the manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving linen/equipment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and responsibility for company stock and equipment.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Working hours 9PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
