Role Description The Student Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheikh Zayed City, supporting daily operations across various departments. Responsibilities may include assisting with documentation, data entry, and basic research for real estate projects; helping prepare presentations and reports; and supporting internal communications and meeting coordination. The Student Assistant will collaborate with team members to organize files and records, maintain project trackers, and provide general administrative support as needed. This role offers exposure to real estate development workflows and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic workplace. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and comfort with learning new software.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Sheikh Zayed City and maintain a professional, proactive attitude.Current enrollment in a university program, preferably in business, engineering, architecture, urban planning, or a related field.Interest in real estate development, urban planning, or community-focused projects is highly beneficial.
