Talent Success Internship

Skatch is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Talent Success Intern to support employers' onboarding, activation, and trial conversions.

The internship blends Recruitment with Account Management

What you will do

• Manage and track employer trials.
• Analyse basic usage data (jobs posted, applications, unlocks).
• Help employers optimise their job posts for better results.
• Check in with active users to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect feedback and share insights with the team.
• Support upgrades and conversions to paid packages.

What you will learn

• Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications
• Strong communicator, organised, proactive.
