Teachers Assistant - Healthcare (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our client in Saudi Arabia. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators and enhancing the learning environment for students. Your contribution will be essential in fostering student engagement and helping to create a productive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans Support students in their learning activities, both individually and in groups Supervise students during class activities, recess, and transitions Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the teacher Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities Uphold school policies and ensure a positive learning experience for all studentsBachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred; High School Diploma with relevant experience will also be consideredFluent in English, both spoken and writtenPrevious experience working as a healthcare facilitator in an educational setting is an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with teachers and staffPatience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the educational development of studentsOrganizational skills and attention to detailFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environmentProficient in using basic office software and educational tools
