Telesales Representative

Job description:URGENTLY HIRINGWe are looking for a results-driven Telesales Representative to join our Banking & Financial Services team. In this role, you will be the face of our credit card portfolio, reaching out to potential and existing customers to offer financial products that suit their lifestyles. Your goal is to convert leads into successful applications while ensuring a high standard of customer service and regulatory compliance.Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and potential customers.Product Expertise: Explain the features, benefits, and fee structures of various credit card products (e.g., Rewards, Cashback, Premium, and Travel cards).Consultative Selling: Analyze customer needs and financial habits to recommend the most suitable card product.Application Management: Guide customers through the digital or manual application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Compliance & Ethics: Strictly adhere to banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal quality scripts to ensure "clean" sales.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing (Experience in Banking, Insurance or call centre is a significant plus). Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.Persuasion: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills—you view "no" as the start of the conversation.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent, FresherExperience:Call Center : 1 year (Preferred)Language: English, Hindi or Urdu.
