UI UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES User Experience (UX) Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.Develop intuitive navigation structures aligned with user goals and business needs.Create, test, and iterate on low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.Support and refine usability testing, integrating feedback into enhanced user experiences.User Interface (UI) Design clean, modern, accessible, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.Apply strong understanding of UI fundamentals, including layout, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and color theory.Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all digital assets.Front-End Implementation Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.Optimize front-end elements for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and multi-device responsiveness.Collaboration & Communication Partner with developers, and stakeholders to define user and business requirements.Present design concepts clearly and support design decisions with rationale and data.Advocate for user-centric design practices throughout the development lifecycle. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Solid front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with web standards.Experience in creating user-centered designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.Basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus.Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
