Role Description: The UI/UX researcher conducts studies and analyses to gain insights into user behaviours and attitudes. They inform design strategies by uncovering user needs and validating design concepts, ensuring the product is aligned with user expectations and business goals Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in technology or behavioural sciencesExperience conducting user research in a technology contextProven track record of managing and executing research studies from start to finishStrong analytical and observational skills to interpret user dataProficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesAbility to synthesise research findings into actionable insights Specific Knowledge: Expertise in usability testing, surveys, interviews, and other user research methods Familiarity with research and data analysis software tools Individual Skills: Excellent communication skills for sharing insights across teamsProblem-solving skills to identify and recommend user-driven solutions Mindset & Behaviors: Curiosity about user behavior and a passion for user-centred designCollaborative approach to integrating research throughout the design process Responsibilties: Plan and conduct user research at various stages of the design processAnalyse user feedback and behaviour to guide design decisionsCommunicate research findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for design improvements Powered by JazzHR 0EfOjaHGFI
