Watch Technician

We're a watch business based in Al Ain, UAE, specializing in custom and modified timepieces. We're looking for a skilled Watch Technician to join our team. If you've got sharp hands, an eye for detail, and a passion for watches, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities: Assemble and customize watches (swap dials, hands, bezels, chapter rings, crystals, and cases). Service and regulate mechanical movements. Perform casing, lubrication, water-resistance testing, and quality checks on finished builds. Diagnose and repair customer watches, including timing adjustments and part replacements. Keep builds consistent with reference specs and maintain a clean, organized workbench. Communicate with customers on custom build requests and repair timelines.

What we're looking for: Hands-on experience modding or repairing watches (hobbyist or professional - portfolio/examples welcome). Comfortable working with small components under magnification; steady hands and patience. Familiarity with aftermarket watch parts and suppliers. Basic movement servicing skills (oiling, regulation, case/crown/crystal work). Bonus: experience with watchmaking tools (movement holders, hand-setting tools, case openers, timegraphers). A genuine interest in watches and craftsmanship.
