Grand Gifts Hypermarket is looking for a graphic designer to support our retail marketing across social media and in-store. You'll produce weekly brochures, banners, and social content, and work closely with the pricing team to keep offers accurate and up to date. This is a hands-on role for someone who's proactive, not just waiting to be told what to design next. What you'll do Design weekly brochures for store offers and promotions Create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok Design in-store banners and signage, working closely with the pricing team to get accurate offer details Walk the store regularly to spot sections missing flyers or outdated signage, and fix it without being asked Keep a consistent visual identity across all customer-facing material Turn around designs quickly around sales, events, and price changes Desired Candidate Profile What you need Retail experience (marketing, design, or in-store), or strong understanding of retail promotional cycles Proficiency in Canva Pro Strong sense of ownership — able to notice gaps in-store and act on them Fast turnaround ability, especially around weekly brochure deadlines Good eye for layout, color, and clean promotional design Nice to have Comfortable shooting photo/video content for social (not mandatory, a plus) Experience designing for FMCG or hypermarket/supermarket brands Arabic/English bilingual design skills
