Creative Designer Experiential And Visual Design

Roles Responsibilities We are looking for a handson Creative Designer to develop and deliver compelling visual concepts for experiential entertainment themed environments and digital projects Working closely with creative project technical and production teams you will take ownership of assigned design work from initial brief through final delivery maintain visual and brand consistency and contribute to reusable creative assets and effective design workflows This role combines strong visual judgement concept development and highquality execution with an understanding of how design translates into physical experiences You should be comfortable progressing work independently collaborating across disciplines and balancing creative ambition with project requirements Key Responsibilities Interpret project briefs clarify objectives audiences and constraints and develop original viable creative directions supported by references mood boards and presentationready visuals Create key visuals hero imagery and consistent visual extensions across physical and digital touchpoints including largeformat graphics branded collateral and merchandise Develop experiential and themed visual concepts that consider spatial storytelling guest interaction group photography and photo opportunities in collaboration with relevant spatial and technical specialists Produce polished compositions mockups and visualisations for internal client brand and IP reviews communicate design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback accurately Use AI imagegeneration tools alongside traditional design and compositing techniques to explore concepts and support production applying art direction refinement and quality control to final outputs Prepare accurate organised productionready artwork and source files coordinate with production teams and suppliers to address output requirements and review visual execution Maintain brand and IP consistency use approved assets and work within relevant review and approval processes Plan and manage assigned design deliverables across multiple projects align priorities and timelines with the team and flag dependencies scope changes and delivery risks early Maintain reusable visual assets templates source files and version records and share effective design methods and workflow improvements with the team Required Skills Experience A strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgement original concept development and consistently highquality execution Quality of work and demonstrated capability are more important than years of experience alone Advanced Adobe Photoshop and compositing skills including realistic integration lighting perspective retouching colour grading and image manipulation Strong Adobe Illustrator layout and artworking skills for print digital and production applications Ability to develop a strong key visual from a brief and extend it coherently across different formats and touchpoints Demonstrated ability to design for experiential themed or spatial applications with an understanding of how visual elements support physical environments and guest experiences Practical knowledge of largeformat artwork and production requirements including scale resolution bleed colour modes and file preparation Strong AI imagegeneration capability with evidence of controlled art direction compositing and finishing beyond raw generated outputs Ability to translate an openended brief into practical creative options research references responsibly and develop original solutions Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative technical production and project teams Clear communication sound prioritisation and attention to detail openness to feedback and the ability to iterate while maintaining design quality Awareness of cultural and audience considerations and the ability to adapt work to brand operational and production constraints Desired Candidate Profile Experience in entertainment attractions events experiential design themed environments or related creative industries UAE or wider regional project experience with familiarity with local cultural considerations audience sensitivities and visual expectations 3D skills for concept visualisation spatial mockups or basic environment and product rendering Motion graphics video editing and or AI videogeneration skills for concept exploration and shortform branded content Experience working with established brands licensed IP or brand guardians including formal review and approval processes What Success Looks Like Creative work is visually strong relevant to the brief brandconsistent and feasible to execute Assigned deliverables are completed to agreed quality standards and timelines with early communication when priorities or constraints change Design decisions and feedback are clearly communicated and accurately reflected in subsequent work Production artwork and
