Creative Designer

Role Description The Graphic & Motion Designer is a full-time, Egypt-based role responsible for creating static and animated visual content for Qeesh Productions’ media projects and client campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include designing brand identities, social media graphics, pitch decks, and promotional materials, alongside producing motion graphics, animated typography, and video assets. The role involves collaborating with producers, writers, and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts. The designer will use AI-powered tools to support concept development, image and video generation, and creative production, applying strong design judgment to refine outputs into polished, brand-consistent work. This role requires independent work in a remote environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while contributing to a collaborative creative process. Qualifications Strong skills in both graphic design and motion graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality static and animated work.Experience in logo design and branding, with the ability to develop and maintain distinctive visual identities.Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, animation principles, and visual storytelling.Hands-on expertise in AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video generation, and animation, with portfolio examples demonstrating their practical application.Ability to refine AI-generated content to ensure visual consistency, quality, and alignment with project requirements.Experience creating assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and media or entertainment projects.Previous experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency is preferred.Ability to interpret creative briefs, respond constructively to feedback, and manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting.Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
