Key Responsibilities Provide assistance to international clients on email, chats or verbally. Quick and attentive speaking with the clients. Take ownership of customer issues. Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams. Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback. Document knowledge as solution articles. Master the use of help desk software. Skills Excellent English Communication is a must. International client handling experience would get preference. Competent technical knowledge.
