Handyman / Maintenance Technician

Company: Flux Holiday Homes LLC (Serene Living Dubai) | Location: Dubai, UAE | Job Type: Full-Time | Visa Requirement: Candidate must have a valid UAE residence visa | Job Description | Flux Holiday Homes LLC, operating under Serene Living Dubai, is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to maintain our growing portfolio of holiday homes and furnished apartments across Dubai. | The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling general maintenance, repairs, preventive inspections, and urgent maintenance requests. | Key Responsibilities | Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties. | Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. | Repair door handles, locks, hinges, cabinets, and other fixtures. | Diagnose basic AC, lighting, water heater, and appliance issues. | Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections. | Attend urgent guest maintenance requests. | Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs. | Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work. | Ensure properties remain safe, functional, and guest-ready. | Requirements | Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in Dubai/UAE preferred. | Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and basic AC maintenance. | Experience in holiday homes, hotels, or residential property maintenance preferred. | Valid UAE residence visa required. | Ability to work independently across multiple locations. | Basic English communication skills. | UAE driving licence is an advantage. | Immediate availability preferred. | Benefits | Full-time position | Opportunity to work with a growing holiday home management company | Professional working environment | How to Apply | Interested candidates should submit their updated CV along with: | Relevant work experience | Current visa status and expiry date | Availability to join | Driving licence status (if applicable) | Company: Flux Holiday Homes LLC | Hospitality Brand: Serene Living Dubai by Flux Homes
