Pastry Sous Chef

We’re looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join a restaurant team in Sharjah.

We want people with strong fundamentals, good energy, clean standards, and real pride in what they put out.

People who can work with the team, handle pressure properly, and care about the details.

Who we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in pastry kitchens

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment

• Previous experience in a senior role (Senior CDP / Sous Chef level)

• Strong understanding of dessert preparation, baking, and plating

• Comfortable working during busy service and high-volume production

• Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
