Resident Engineer

Resident Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget and high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and comply with industry standards.

Job Description:

- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, architects, and other professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication among team members.

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the project and implement contingency plans as needed.

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain quality control.

- Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and ensure that the project remains within financial parameters. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

- Engage with all project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the company. 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

- Must have experience in Hospitality and Hotels Projects.

- Minimum 12 years of proven experience.

- Previous work experience in Gulf countries is required.

- Strong technical knowledge of material and site execution and Software programs & Systems.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Projects in both Locations:

- North Coast.

- Cairo Gate (Preferably candidates residing in Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and nearby areas).
