Job Description / Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for this position is to provide leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations of the assigned Team(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve company targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage District Sales Managers and direct sales teams across Egypt.
• Drive and oversee direct sales activities with key accounts and strategic clients.
• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent nationwide growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and opinion leaders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related medical field.
• 6+ years of experience in medical sales, with proven hands-on experience in direct sales.
• Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role.
• Strong experience in aesthetic or injectable products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets through direct selling.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Egypt.
