Social Media Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own social media strategy, voice, and content direction (Instagram-first)
• Lead content creation (reels, stories, posts) with strong creative judgment
• Turn trends into relevant, on-brand content
• Manage community engagement in Arabic-first and English
• Oversee paid amplification for key campaigns
• Track performance and continuously optimise
• Lead execution through internal and external resources

Requirements

• Strong organic social leadership for a premium brand (hospitality/retail/lifestyle preferred).
• Excellent Arabic writing + tone, and strong English
• Strong creative judgment
• Hands-on experience with Business Suite/Ads Manager, access management, and running paid social campaigns (awareness → retargeting → conversion where applicable).
• UAE cultural fluency (authentic vs cringe instincts).
• Attach portfolio with Links to accounts you’ve led + 3–5 examples you’re proud of
