Develop and maintain Monglish’s visual identity across all marketing channels. Create high-quality designs for social media campaigns, digital ads, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. Translate marketing concepts and business objectives into creative visual solutions. Design campaign assets that support customer acquisition and brand awareness. Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Media Buying teams to deliver effective creative materials. Create engaging visuals that align with target audiences and marketing goals. Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and overall design standards. Review and enhance existing designs based on feedback and performance insights. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Support creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Work Conditions Full-time position. 5 working days per week. 9 working hours per day. Work from office. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and digital design skills. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Experience creating designs for social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns. Ability to turn ideas and briefs into creative and effective designs. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or Figma is a plus.
