The candidate should be able to handle AC, plumbing, and general maintenance works safely and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in AC, plumbing, and general maintenance.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.Good communication and customer-service skills.UAE maintenance experience is an advantage.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Preferred Skills AC • Plumbing • Electrical • Carpentry • Masonry • Handyman • Troubleshooting • Preventive Maintenance Skills Responsibilities Perform AC servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for AC systems.Handle plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting.Perform water supply and drainage pipe repairs and replacements.Carry out minor electrical, carpentry, masonry, and handyman works when required.Identify faults and provide suitable repair solutions.Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.Maintain good workmanship and complete tasks within the required time.Follow company safety procedures and site requirements.Communicate professionally with clients and report completed works to the supervisor.
