Position Overview
Responsible for preparing and examining the company financial records, ensuring records are accurateand are reported in time.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
§ Overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reporting.
§ Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
§ Conducting variance analysis to identify and investigate financial discrepancies.
§ Creating and maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial data.
§ Pricing, Client profiling and Revenue Management
§ Managing month-end close procedures and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
§ Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
§ Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring adherence to budget targets.
§ Creating financial forecasts to support future planning.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting
• 3-5 of relevant work experience in medium / big size organization
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an asset.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Good Level of experince manaing AP, AR and Banks reconsilations.
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules & procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
• Analytical skills, Alert and Attention to detail
• Ability to manage team insite / off site.
• Sound judgment and decision making skills
• Ability to deliver high quality outcomes under pressure and meet tight timelines.
• Competitive Communication skills - verbal and written.
• Planning and organizing
LANGUAGE SPOKEN / OTHER LANGUAGE(S)
Good command of Arabic & English languages (reading / writing).
