We at EBS are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our operations and client service teams.Career level: Junior / Executive Experience: 1+ years Salary: To be discussed.Key skills required:1+ years of administrative or office experience (UAE experience is a plus).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.Professional phone and email etiquette.Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office administration and scheduling.Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation.Support the team with data entry, follow-ups, and document collection from clients.Coordinate appointments, meetings, and courier/government submissions.Answer incoming calls and emails and route them to the right team member.Assist management with reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
