The Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for providing high-quality end-to-end operational services including customs clearance, cargo retrieval/handover, documentation and transport coordination to ensure that cargo is received and delivered in good condition within the agreed timeframe. How you create impact Monitor shipment status, manage end to end air logistics operations and ensure all service timelines are met Handle customs clearance processes Coordinate with GHA for cargo retrieval/handover including delivery order issuance, slot booking and customs inspection when applicable Nominate customer/agent for direct collection at terminal when required Arrange transportation and ensure timely cargo collection/delivery Update shipment milestones and upload required documents in a timely manner Prepare and control shipment documentation such as exit/entry forms, claim submissions and related paperwork Handle discrepancies and deviations, including missing cargo, cargo damage reports and claims with proactive updates to stakeholders. Report operational issues, disputes or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers or branch managers in an immediate manner. #LI-PY1 What we would like you to bring Proven experience in air logistics operations and AOG cargo. Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and air cargo handling. Experience in leading teams or supervising operational functions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a proactive mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy. Proficiency in shipment documentation and milestone management. Valid driving licence. Willingness to work in a shift based schedule.
