Job Overview

We are seeking a welcoming, elegant, and professional Arabic-speaking Waitress to join our hospitality team at Royal Biryani Restaurant in Al Seef Village Mall. Our restaurant offers a contemporary approach to premium Indian cuisine in an opulent fine-dining environment. The ideal candidate will provide flawless, high-standard customer service to our guests. Because a significant portion of our local clientele speaks Arabic, fluency in the language is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers warmly, upholding our "Dine Like a King" fine-dining hospitality standards.
• Present menus, answer questions about our signature biryanis and traditional Indian dishes, and confidently make recommendations.
• Take precise food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high-end hygiene and presentation standards.
• Prepare bills and process cash or card payments accurately at the table.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth, professional service.
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and clean dining and service area.

Requirements

• Language: Fluent in Arabic (spoken) is mandatory. Good conversational English is required to communicate with our diverse team and international guests.
• Experience: Previous experience as a waitress, server, or customer service representative in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a professional and poised attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Location: Currently residing in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).

Salary: AED 1,800 / month
