Architect Site Engineer

We are seeking to hire highly skilled Engineers for an Engineering Consultancy 

Office for the required positions:

Architect Site Engineer (Junior / Senior)

Will oversee - lead architectural design efforts, manage projects from concept to completion, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the architectural and construction process.

Job Description:

- Lead – oversee the design process for various projects, from initial concept through detailed design and construction documentation. Ensure designs are innovative, functional, and meet client requirements.

- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision. Present design concepts and progress updates, addressing any client feedback and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, planners, and other architects, to integrate architectural designs with technical requirements. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

- Ensure that all architectural designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular design reviews and implement quality control measures.

- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, exploring innovative materials and techniques to reduce environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, providing technical support and fostering professional growth within the team.

- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project documentation.

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address any issues that arise during the design and construction phases.

- Stay current with architectural trends, technologies, and industry developments. Apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation within the firm. 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

- Must have experience in Hospitality and Hotels Projects.

- Previous work experience in Gulf countries is required.

- Minimum 6 years of proven experience for the (Junior Site Architect position).

- Minimum 8 years of proven experience for the (Senior Site Architect position).

- Strong technical knowledge of material and site execution and Software programs & Systems.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Projects in both Locations:

- North Coast.

- Cairo Gate (Preferably candidates residing in Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and nearby areas).
