we are seeking a highly organized and proactive employee to support the Chairman in overseeing day-to-day operations, Projects coordinating across senior management, and acting as a central . The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, operational insight, and the ability to manage high-level coordination with discretion and efficiency.Attend all the meeting with ChairmanJob Responsibilities:1.Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chairman and internal stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and project teams. Ensure the seamless flow of information and alignment of strategic objectives across the organization2. Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support the Chairman,3, Schedualing all the chairman's meeting and mange the chairman's calender.Take the minutes of meeting and follow up with stakeholders.5. Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a senior executive assistant or coordination role, preferably in a project-based. Strong operational understanding and project management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
