We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to support our dining service operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Assist the lead waiter in serving food and beverages to guestsSet and clear tables, ensuring proper placement of cutlery, glassware, and dishesGreet and seat guests, providing menus and answering basic questions about menu itemsTake and relay drink orders to the bar staffRefill water glasses and attend to other guest needs throughout their dining experienceAssist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining areaCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food deliveryProcess payments and handle cash transactions when necessaryAdhere to all food safety and hygiene standardsParticipate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanorAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beveragesBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating billsAttention to detail in food presentation and table settingsKnowledge of food and beverage service techniques (preferred)Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry (preferred)Food handling certification (preferred)Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
