Associate Electrical Engineer (Emiratisation)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded Emirati Associate Engineer to join a project team based at Dubai Airports, Dubai.

While the position title is Associate Electrical Engineer, the client is open to considering candidates from a range of relevant technical and high school diploma. Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.

This is an opportunity to gain practical exposure to technical projects, engineering coordination, documentation, testing and commissioning while working alongside experienced project and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical and project-related activities across ongoing projects

• Assist with preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, reports and project records

• Support project teams with coordination, scheduling and follow-up of technical activities

• Assist with technical reviews, drawings, layouts and project documentation as required

• Work closely with engineering, project and other relevant teams to support smooth project execution

Requirements

• High School Diploma or relevant higher education qualification in a technical, engineering, IT or related discipline

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Good understanding of technical concepts, systems or engineering principles

• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
