Your Impact The CSAP Graduate Program is a 12‑month global accelerator designed to develop high‑potential individuals into Sales Champions. It builds on a model of education, exposure, and experience, offering a clear progression from immersive boot‑camp training to real‑world sales rotations and ultimately a transition into an Inside Account Executive role in Dubai, UAE, where you will drive customer outcomes and build global relationships. Program Overview Month1–3: Bedfont Lakes Hub –participate in immersive boot‑camp training and foundational skill‑building. Month3–12: Bedfont Lakes Hub –complete three rotational assignments for real‑world sales experience and quarterly competency checkpoints. Beyond 12months: transition into an Inside Account Executive role in Dubai, UAE, to connect customers with Cisco technologies that drive significant business outcomes. Learning Philosophy Our learning philosophy prioritises experiential growth, with the majority of development occurring through coached real‑world practice within a hub‑based cohort of peers. A key part of this program is our AI‑First Mandate; as an Associate Sales Representative in our Global Sales Enablement & Acceleration team you will build strong AI skills by using advanced learning platforms and artificial intelligence to design technical solutions and improve strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities - Participate in immersive boot‑camp training and foundational skill‑building. - Complete three rotational assignments for real‑world sales experience. - Showcase competencies in quarterly checkpoints and demonstrate AI‑first skillset. - Transition into an Inside Account Executive role in Dubai and contribute to customer outcomes. - Partner with Solutions Engineers to uncover new opportunities and build long‑term relationships. Qualifications Recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience through apprenticeships or vocational programs, with up to two years of professional experience. Fluent in English and Arabic. Legally authorised to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship. Willing to relocate to Bedfont Lakes (London) for 12‑month training. Preferred Requirements - Business, STEM, and Management degrees are valued, but we also encourage applicants from non‑traditional backgrounds such as Liberal Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences who demonstrate strong critical thinking, digital fluency, and creative problem‑solving. - Socially‑native technology enthusiast who leverages AI tools to sharpen prospecting, market analysis, and acceleration of the sales cycle. - High emotional intelligence and interpersonal tenacity; thrive on building high‑trust relationships and possess strategic creativity to navigate complex matrixed decision‑making units. - Commercial resilience with a proven ability to handle the “no,” pivot under pressure, and remain relentlessly focused on achieving high‑performance revenue targets. - Masterful storyteller and negotiator who can bridge the gap between a client’s business challenges and Cisco technological solutions to create win‑win outcomes.
