" B2B Sales agent "
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with corporate clients, investors, and real estate professionals.
• Promote and sell real estate products and services (commercial/residential/land development) to B2B clients.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations for corporate buyers and investors.
• Attend networking events, real estate expos, and client meetings to generate leads.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s real estate offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Strong network of business contacts and institutional clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
