Barista / Cashier / Waiter At Healthy Cafe

Location: Port de la Mer, Jumeirah 1, Dubai About Eco Mind Eco Mind is a serene, plant-based café and eco-conscious concept store located in the heart of Port de La Mer. We serve wholesome vegan food, adaptogenic lattes, and superfood smoothies — crafted with love, mindfulness, and sustainability in mind. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate team member who can serve guests, prepare healthy drinks, and handle payments efficiently — someone who enjoys creating a warm, high-vibe experience for our community. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Floor Operations - Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable. - Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team. - Serve food and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and quality. - Maintain tables and service areas clean and organized at all times. Beverage Preparation - Prepare plant-based drinks such as smoothies, matcha, golden milk, and adaptogenic lattes. - Follow recipes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and excellent presentation. - Support the barista area during busy hours. Cashier & POS Duties - Operate the Foodics POS system for orders and billing. - Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly. - Close cash drawer and report daily totals to management. Team & Workflow - Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar team for smooth operations. - Assist with daily opening and closing duties. - Uphold Eco Mind’s values of mindfulness, health, and sustainability. Hygiene & Compliance - Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. - Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform policy. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality (barista, cashier, waiter roles). - Experience in vegan or plant-based cafés is a strong advantage. - Basic knowledge of superfoods, plant milks, and healthy beverages.: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English is required; Russian and/or Arabic preferred. - Must be currently in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
