CCTV & Security Systems Technician / Assistant Technician – UAE Job Title: CCTV & Security Systems Technician / Assistant Technician Work Location: Ajman – with work on project sites across all Emirates of the UAE Employment Type: Full-time – Field-based work Salary & Benefits: To be determined and discussed during the interview, based on experience and competency About the Company Middle East Technology Company specializes in security and technology systems, with over 10 years of experience in the UAE market. We work in the following fields: CCTV Surveillance Cameras Networking & Wi-Fi Intercom Systems Smart Home & KNX Access Control Systems Data & Cat6 Cabling Audio Systems Smart Gates & Smart Locks Maintenance & Technical Support Main Responsibilities Installation and programming of IP and Analog cameras. Installation and setup of DVR / NVR / XVR devices. Pulling, extending, and organizing Cat6 and Low Current cables. Terminating RJ45 connectors and testing cables. Mounting cameras, adjusting angles, and ensuring image quality. Configuring networks and connecting systems to mobile devices and the internet. Performing maintenance work and troubleshooting faults. Assisting with intercom, networking, and Access Control tasks when required. Working on villas, buildings, shops, and corporate sites. Preparing brief reports on completed work at each site. Requirements Prior hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of surveillance cameras. Good knowledge of IP CCTV and Analog CCTV systems. Familiarity with NVR / DVR / XVR devices. Basic networking knowledge, including: IP Addressing Router & Switch PoE (Power over Ethernet) Remote Viewing / P2P Ability to pull cables, terminate RJ45 connectors, and use testing equipment. Ability to use ladders and work in field locations. Commitment, discipline, and ability to work within a team. Good command of the English language. A valid driving license is considered a plus, not a requirement.
