Role Overview
- Senior coach and facilitator delivering mindset-driven development (mindset, heartset, actionset) to executives and teams to drive measurable behavioral and organizational impact.
- Partners with HR/L&D and leaders to design, deliver, and evaluate programs aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching (25%): One-on-one executive coaching; targeted group coaching on leadership, psychological safety, and emotional intelligence.
- Training & Facilitation (75%): Deliver workshops and trainings (via tailored content for audience and industry.
- Collaboration & Ethics: Work with stakeholders; maintain confidentiality; model authenticity and integrity.
1. Program Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver high-impact, deep-changing training and coaching programs to diverse corporate audiences (juniors, seniors, team leaders, managers, and top management).
- Utilize advanced coaching methodologies and tools within the training delivery to maximize engagement, personalization, and sustained learning.
- Facilitate deep self-awareness and introspection among participants to unlock inner barriers and drive personality transformation.
- Customize delivery style and based on the specific audience level and organizational context while maintaining program integrity.
2. Personal & Professional Embodiment
- Model the desired behaviors, mindsets, and principles taught in the training programs (e.g., emotional intelligence, mindful communication, productivity, and resilience).
- Maintain a commitment to personal growth, continuous learning, and self-mastery, sharing authentic, relevant experiences with trainees.
- Demonstrate genuine passion, empathy, and positive energy in all interactions, creating a safe and inspiring learning environment.
3. Impact Assessment & Continuous Improvement
- Measure the impact of programs on participants' mindset, heartset, and actionset shifts, going beyond simple feedback scores.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor and internal teams to continuously refine and evolve program content based on real-world impact data and emerging psychological/coaching best practices.
- Provide clear, actionable, and compassionate feedback to participants to support their growth journey.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with the coaching/training supervisor to ensure alignment with the overall vision, quality standards, and philosophical direction of the practice.
- Liaise with HR and Organizational Development teams to understand specific corporate needs and integrate program objectives with broader strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification: ICF/ or equivalent (Preferred).
- Experience: Senior-level coaching with executives; experience in both coaching and facilitation (Preferred).
- Domains: Growth mindset, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, change management.
- Tools (nice-to-have): DISC, Hogan, Enneagram; basic evaluation methods.
