Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative responsible for assisting walk-in customers, identifying their needs, and providing suitable solutions through spare parts identification and alternatives, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate spare parts and available alternatives.Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.Process sales orders and invoices using company systems.Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.Respond to customer inquiries and handle returns, providing after-sales support.Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required reports.Monitor fast-moving and unavailable parts and report stock requirements.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and operational procedures.Maintain a clean and organized sales area.Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.Candidate Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment spare parts sales (Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar).Good knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts and part numbers.Basic understanding of heavy equipment systems (Engine, Hydraulic, Powertrain).Experience using ERP systems.Good English communication skills.Valid driving license is preferred.Skills Customer ServiceCounter SalesSpare Parts IdentificationHeavy Equipment PartsSales & NegotiationQuotation PreparationERP SystemsMicrosoft OfficeCommunication SkillsTime ManagementProblem SolvingAttention to DetailTeamworkSales Target AchievementInventory Awareness
