Counter Sales Representative - Dammam

We are looking for a Counter Sales Representative to be part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, identifying the correct spare parts, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong product knowledge, sales skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.Understand customer requirements and identify the correct spare parts and suitable alternatives.Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.Process sales orders, invoices, and customer transactions through the ERP system.Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.Handle customer inquiries, returns, and after-sales support.Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required reports.Monitor fast-moving and unavailable parts and report stock requirements.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and operational procedures.Maintain a clean and organized counter area.Candidate Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment spare parts sales (Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar).Good knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts and part numbers.Understanding of heavy equipment systems (Engine, Hydraulic, Powertrain).Experience using ERP systems.Good English communication skills.Valid driving license is preferred.Skills Customer ServiceCounter SalesSpare Parts IdentificationHeavy Equipment PartsSales & NegotiationQuotation PreparationERP SystemsMicrosoft OfficeCommunication SkillsTime ManagementProblem SolvingAttention to DetailTeamworkSales Target AchievementInventory Awareness
