Creative Designer

Description Star is a human capability development company building an ecosystem of platforms, communities, and institutional solutions across Saudi Arabia. Through four distinct brands — Star, StarCert, StarSpaces, and StarSociety — we work with governments, corporations, and institutions to shape capabilities and drive performance at scale. We are looking for a creative designer who leads with AI. This is not a role for someone who uses AI as an occasional shortcut — it is a role for someone who has rebuilt their creative process around AI tools and produces better, faster work because of it. You will be the creative engine across all four Star brands, producing everything from social media content and marketing materials to event assets and UI/UX designs. Each brand has a distinct personality and audience. Your ability to move between them while maintaining quality and consistency will define your success here. What you will be doing: Designing social media content, digital campaigns, and marketing materials across all Star brands Creating event and conference assets including presentations, signage, and promotional materials Designing UI/UX for StarCert and StarSpaces digital products using Claude Design and other AI tools Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across four distinct brand identities Producing high volumes of creative output efficiently through AI-powered workflows Collaborating closely with the communications, marketing, and product teams Continuously exploring new AI design tools and improving your creative process Requirements A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital content, brand design, and UI/UX work — mandatory, applications without a portfolio will not be considered An AI-native creative process — you use AI tools as the core of how you work, not as an afterthought Sharp aesthetic sensibility — you produce work that is genuinely good, not just fast Ability to work across multiple brand personalities and audiences simultaneously Experience with UI/UX design including wireframing, user flows, and interface design Strong command of digital formats — social media, web, presentations, and print Proficiency with standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent, used alongside AI tools Minimum 2 years of professional design experience Benefits Creative ownership across four ambitious, growing brands with real visibility An AI-first environment where you are not just allowed but expected to use the most advanced tools available Work on some of Saudi Arabia's most visible human capability programs and platforms Fast-growing company with genuine room to grow into a senior creative leadership role Central Riyadh location
