Job Description Job SummaryThe Concierge Customer Care Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized customer service by assisting clients with travel-related requests, reservations, inquiries, and post-booking support. The role focuses on creating seamless customer experiences through proactive communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Handle client requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional, timely, and efficient manner • Arrange travel services including flights, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and visa-related support • Coordinate restaurant reservations, events, entertainment, and lifestyle services • Manage limousine and transportation bookings according to client requirements • Provide tailored recommendations based on client preferences and needs • Follow up on all requests to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction • Efficiently manage urgent and last-minute requests • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers • Ensure all bookings and services are accurately recorded and updated in the system • Handle client complaints or issues and provide prompt and appropriate resolutions • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times Job Requirements Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) • 1-2 years of experience in concierge services, hospitality, or customer service • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities • Familiarity with travel bookings and lifestyle services is an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and communication tools • Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor
