Job Description ✅ Confirm customer orders via phone calls. ✅ Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, and email. ✅ Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the office to support sales. ✅ Follow up on shipments and returns with the shipping company. ✅ Coordinate with the Operations and Warehouse teams to resolve any order-related issues. ✅ Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while following up until the issue is fully resolved Job Requirements 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to handle phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email inquiries professionally. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Team player with a positive attitude. Previous experience with Shopify or any CRM system is a plus. Bachelor's degree is preferred
