Job Description Responsibilities Client Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a courteous and empathetic approach. Contract & Account Management: Handle contract preparation processes, process client payments, and track the status of accounts. Issue Resolution: Clarify customer complaints, identify the cause, and implement efficient solutions to ensure satisfaction. After-Sales Support: Guide clients through the customer lifecycle, providing project updates, expected delivery dates, and handover documentation. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, profile changes, and daily activity reports. Job Requirements Required Skills: Customer Care: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional care and build rapport. Customer Service: A passion for delivering world-class service and exceeding expectations. Customer Support: Proven expertise in resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. Sales: Strong aptitude for identifying customer needs and driving successful sales outcomes. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: A keen ability to analyze situations and provide practical solutions. Conflict Resolution: Skilled in de-escalating tense situations and achieving positive resolutions. Active Listening: Excellent ability to understand and respond to customer concerns. CRM Software: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools. Product Knowledge: Eagerness to learn and master product and service details. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload effectively. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in real estate companies IS A MUST and as customer-facing role, demonstrating a solid history of success in customer service, support, or sales.
