What You’ll Do Support our customers through phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly What We Offer You speak and write clearly in both Arabic and English (B2 level or above in English) You’re comfortable with rotational shifts and can work from the office You’re helpful, calm under pressure, quick to learn, and take your work seriously.
