District Manager

Job Description:

• Applies Line strategies to develop and implement territorial business plans.
• Builds effective and enduring customer relationships; identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the assigned territories.
• Leads a high-performing team of Medical Representatives; hires, trains, and develops representatives as necessary; provides coaching and feedback aligned to our Leadership Standards; inspires representatives to meet and exceed Sales objectives.
• Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results and ensure best ROI of investments.
• Works effectively with colleagues across other functions/units within the Scientific Office to achieve business results.

Requirements:

• Good Command of English.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• University degree in Pharmaceutical Science and Veterinary Medicine.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Consistent proven record of sales achievement
