Electromechanical Technician

Conduct routine maintenance on electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in complex machinery, utilizing both electrical and mechanical expertise.Install, test, and validate new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing designs and enhance system efficiency.Document all maintenance and repair activities meticulously to maintain accurate service records.Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software for precise analysis and resolution of technical issues.Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules to prolong equipment lifespan.Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols within the workspace. Educational background in electromechanical technology, electrical engineering, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or similar.Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems is highly desirable.Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.Maintains and repairs generator mechanical and electrical systems.
