We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representative to manage our car sales. They will be part of our Cars segment and will be meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales. We are looking for strong negotiators with excellent communication skills and ability to drive sales. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be part of our Cars segment and will be meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales.You will act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins. In this role, you will: Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewingsWork closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transferIdentifying customer's needs before making recommendationsAssist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewingsUnderstand the motors market and its various audiencesFollow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratioPromote various models as per the interest of the buyersUnderstand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionallyShare the inspection report with our buyersUpdate the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time Requirements At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industryExperience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred)Excellent written and verbal English skillsStrong closing skillsStrong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for successAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficientlyWell-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quicklyValid UAE driver's license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients Benefits A fast paced, high performing teamMulticultural environment with over 60 different nationalities Competitive Tax-free Salary Comprehensive Health insuranceAnnual Air Ticket Allowance Employee discounts at multiple vendors across the emiratesRewards & RecognitionsLearning & DevelopmentBayut & dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
