The Role We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Social Media Executive to become the creative force behind Ocean Tribe's visual identity. This is far more than a design role. You'll help shape how Ocean Tribe looks, feels and communicates across every customer touchpoint—from social media and video content to merchandise, branding and digital campaigns. Working closely with our Growth Manager, you'll bring our stories to life and help build a brand that people genuinely connect with. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital marketing. Create brochures, presentations, digital assets and promotional materials. Design creative assets for exhibitions, events and partnerships. Video Editing Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms. Produce reels, shorts, trip highlights, guest testimonials and promotional videos. Create simple motion graphics and animations where appropriate. Social Media Management Schedule and publish content across Ocean Tribe's social media channels. Assist in planning and managing the content calendar. Write engaging captions using AI tools while maintaining Ocean Tribe's tone of voice. Monitor comments, messages and community engagement. Track content performance and share insights with the Growth Manager. Brand & Merchandise Design merchandise including apparel, accessories and guest giveaways. Develop creative concepts that strengthen Ocean Tribe's visual identity. Design branding for vessels, uniforms, office spaces, events and marketing materials. Prepare production-ready artwork for print and merchandise suppliers. Help maintain brand consistency across every customer touchpoint. Content & Asset Management Organise and maintain Ocean Tribe's digital library of photography, video and creative assets. Work closely with guests and crew to capture authentic stories and experiences. Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools and emerging creative technologies. What We're Looking For 3–4 years' professional experience in graphic design, video editing and digital content creation. An outstanding portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual storytelling. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects is an advantage. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content. Experience with Canva and AI-powered creative tools. Excellent attention to detail. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple creative projects. A genuine passion for storytelling, branding and creating memorable experiences. Experience in hospitality, tourism, travel or lifestyle brands is an advantage, but not essential.
