Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Graphics & Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing graphics and motion designs for various digital platforms. The Graphics & Motion Designer will be instrumental in bringing ideas to life through compelling graphics that capture the audiences attention and enhance storytelling. Responsibilities Create high-quality graphics and motion designs for digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize visual concepts and designs.Develop animations, video graphics, and other multimedia elements for projects.Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and business objectives.Work with project managers to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Revise designs based on feedback from the creative team and stakeholders.Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies in the industry.Present design concepts and work to team members and clients as necessary.Optimize graphics for different devices and platforms, ensuring visual integrity.Assist in the creation of prototypes and wireframes for new project initiatives.Coordinate with developers and other team members to implement designs accurately.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively and efficiently. Requirements Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field is preferred.Proven work experience as a graphics or motion designer, ideally in a similar role.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and motion graphics projects.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a passion for developing innovative design solutions.
