Hair Stylist & Colourist

An award-winning beauty salon in JLT, Dubai is looking for an experienced Hairdresser to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone passionate about hair, confident with styling and colouring, and experienced in working with different hair types and client needs. If you are creative, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a premium salon environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, blow-dry, colouring, and treatments
• Manage and work confidently with all hair types
• Advise clients on styles, colours, and hair care solutions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong client relationships
• Maintain high hygiene and salon standards
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser in a salon environment
• Strong expertise in hair colouring
• Experience with different hair textures and styling techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Wella products is a strong advantage
• Available to join in June

Salary, flexible package depending on experience, with a high commission structure
